Dates & Times Information
Please follow the step-by-step entry below to specify date and time information about your event. If you have irregular dates and times, please simply skip to Step 4 and enter your information in the open text area provided. Step 1: Duration

If your event is one day only then choose ONE DAY. Example: Tuesday, June 7, 2005.
If your event is multiple days then choose DATE RANGE. Example: Tuesday, June 7, 2005 through Friday, June 10, 2005.
If your event is ongoing with no definitive end date then choose CONTINUAL.

Step 2: Start Date / End Date

If your event is one day only, fill in both the Start and End Date with the same date.
If your event occurs for more than one day, within a defined date range, fill the Start Date and End Date.
If your event occurs for more than one day but has no defined date range, you do not need to specify dates.
If your event occurs at regular intervals either within a well defined date range or an open ended date range, the Start Date date will be used to establish the date or day of the week for the repetition. Example: entering June 7 would establish a repetition date of the 7th, or a repetition day of Tuesday (as June 7 falls on a Tuesday). If your event repeats for a limited period of time, the End Date establishes when the repetition should end. Example: event every Tuesday from June through September.

Step 3: Repetition

If your event is the same day every week, select WEEKLY. Example: every Wednesday. Be sure to set the Start Date above to establish the day for the repetition.
If your event is the same day each month, select MONTHLY BY DAY. Example: first Tuesday of each month.
If your event is the same date each month, select MONTLY BY DATE. Example: the 3rd of each month.

Step 4: Times
Please enter any specific information about times. Examples: 8a – 9p for a single day event, 2p – 4p every day for a multiple day event, 7p – 11p each day for a repeating event.

Please also use this area if you have an event that has irregular dates and times that cannot be specified easily above. Examples: an event Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9a - 5p, or an event on June 7, 2005 from 8p - 9p, June 8, 2005 from 8a - 10a, etc.
