Temple Street Plaza

This urban oasis has become a draw for downtown visitors.  Three restaurants now have outdoor seating in the plaza, Chow, Temple Street Grill and Backroom at Bottega. Over the summer, Temple Street Plaza also   hosts a number of events that draw foot traffic downtown such as the Governor's Arts Awards and Blues Berries & Jam, a lunchtime concert series and farmer's market.

• For $50 you will sponsor three Day Lilies, for which you will receive:  
  • A “Downtown Goes Bloom Sponsor” placard to be displayed in the window of your business
  • Recognition on prominent signage at the INFO New Haven Visitor’s Center, which draws 50,000 visitors each year.
  • Recognition in an upcoming issue of Tea Leaves, the Town Green’s semi-monthly newsletter. (Tea Leaves has a readership of over 1400 email subscribers)
  • Summer long (3 month) recognition on the INFO New Haven website, including acknowledgement of sales or promotions undertaken by your business, the inclusion of your logo on the website, and a link to your business’s website.  INFONewHaven.com drew 1,525,889 hits from 68,952 visitors last summer.
  • Recognition on a Downtown Goes Bloom Banner which will be displayed at the Blues, Berries, and Jam concerts, which take place on consecutive Wednesdays from July 13^th to August 31^st.  Blues, Berries, and Jam routinely draws several hundred attendees each week.  In order to qualify for this benefit, you must complete your contribution by July 10^th.   Interested?  Email Scott.
