Heirloom is located in The Study at Yale, New Haven's new luxury boutique hotel.
Chef Carey Savona's menu and cooking approach focuses on innovative
dishes of thoughtful simplicity, changing with the seasons.
As much as possible ingredients are local and sustainable, as we work
together with artisan suppliers of Connecticut and New England. These farmers and growers supply us with heirloom and heritage
ingredients showcasing the farm and coastal bounty, integral to true
American Cooking.
Keeping in the New England tradition, Heirloom's warm, neighborly service and progressive design sense has attracted a legion of local and urban followers-- Connecticut Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards selected Heirloom as "The Best New Restaurant in New Haven County" and "Statewide Winner for The Best Hotel Dining."
Heirloom is open daily for breakfast from 7am-10am. Dinner is Sun-Thurs 5:30pm-10pm, & Fri & Sat 5:30pm-11pm.
