The Arts Council provides services in support of artistic and cultural development of its members and the greater community. The Arts Council also coordinates arts and cultural activities and events throughout the region, while serving as a strong advocate for arts education and arts in the community. The Small Space Gallery on the 2nd floor exhibits art by Arts Council members.
