Meet our Ambassadors!
Patricia Conyers - Shift Supervisor - Born in New Haven, Pat has also lived in Atlantic City , NJ and presently resides in Hamden . She is a married mother of an eleven-year old daughter who is quite special. Pat loves to cook and vacation. Her smile and laugh are contagious and she has been giving us at Town Green the giggles since April, 1999.
Stephan Fortes - A life long resident of New Haven , Steve has worked as a Downtown Ambassador since August, 2004. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and is currently up on his 30th year as an employee of Yale University in Student Financial Services. A movie buff , Steve has written about, lectured on and taught film.
Harold Hasell - Ambassador Program Director - Harold has been a Downtown Ambassador since January, 2005. He grew up in Brooklyn , NY and left the Big Apple in 1978 to work as a Residence Counselor in Bridgeport for the Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport. He’s also worked in the banking, retail & pharmaceutical industries and believes his vocation to be in the communication field.
Lisa Shines - Lisa was born and raised in New Haven . She ventured off to live in the Deep South (Atlanta , GA ) for about ten years before returning to the Elm City. She is the mother of two young men who mean the world to her. Lisa is a fun-loving, down to earth, serious-minded person who loves life and lives by the golden rule - treat others in the way that you wish to be treated. Lisa has been a Downtown Ambassador since June, 2004.
