Yale New Haven Hospital presents

Concerts on the Green presented by Yale-New Haven Hospital brings a variety of worldrenowned performing artists to the New Haven Green!

Saturday, July 12
the New Haven Symphony Orchestra.

The concert, entitled American Earth, will feature Bernstein’s Overture to Candide, Sousa’s Liberty Bell March, Copland’s Rodeo, Leroy Anderson’s Horse & Buggy and Fiddle Faddle, and Barber’s Knoxville Summer of 1914.

Saturday, July 19
the Squirrel Nut Zippers

performed their signature fusion of Delta Blues, Jazz and 1930's era Swing that defies categorization.

Saturday, July 26
Grammy-nominated gospel singer Oleta Adams

took the stage with a performance of her popular hits including the chart-topping “Get Here.”

Saturday, August 2
Grammy-nominated Latino singer Michael Stuart

will bedazzle the crowd at New Haven’s Areyto Latino Festival.

Each concert begins at 6:00pm and concludes by 7:30pm, offering concert-goers the opportunity to enjoy different genres of free music and then still have plenty of time to enjoy New Haven’s array of fine restaurants and vibrant nightlife after each concert.
