The 2024 Audubon Street Arts Festival

Downtown New Haven is home to many festivals; more than 15, according to a recent report from International Downtown Association, commissioned by Market New Haven, the New Haven Parking Authority, and Town Green District. One of those festivals makes its annual return this month on May 18, from 12 pm – 6 pm. New Haven Restaurant Week is Back April 14-19

New Haven Restaurant Week is back for the spring installment, running from April 14th to the 19th. Diners are invited to taste and sip at 24 restaurants across 8 New Haven neighborhoods. 15 restaurants will offer $25 two-course lunch specials, with all restaurants offering pre-fixe, three-course dinner experiences for $45 or $55 per person. Beverages, taxes, and gratuity are not included. Our advice? Book your reservations, and book early. 2024 Cherry Blossom Festival

On Sunday, April 14th, residents and visitors will come together to celebrate spring in Wooster Square at the 51st Annual Cherry Blossom Festival. Taking place from noon to 4:30 pm in Wooster Square Park, the festival celebrates the day the neighborhood’s famous cherry blossoms are in peak bloom. The event will feature live music, delectable treats from food trucks, and more surprises throughout the day. Journey to the Past at the Yale Peabody Museum

We’re celebrating the much-anticipated reopening of Yale Peabody Museum.The Natural History Museum’s first comprehensive renovation since it opened 90 years ago is marked by new welcoming spaces for exhibitions, improved access to museum collections, expanded educational services for students, and greater accessibility throughout the property. Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade [2024]

Join us downtown on March 10 for the 182nd Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the largest FREE single-day spectator event in Connecticut. This year’s parade theme is “Céad Míle Fáilte — A Hundred Thousand Welcomes.”  The parade kicks off at 1:30 p.m. and will run for approximately three hours, featuring a range of experiences, rain or shine.
