2024 NEW HAVEN RESTAURANT WEEK PARTICIPANT FAQS

What is New Haven Restaurant Week?

A bi-annual celebration of New Haven dining.

An opportunity to move your business forward by partnering with New Haven’s most popular and successful promotion.

A reason for diners to discover your restaurant and sample your menu.

What are the 2024 Dates

The promotion runs six days, Sunday – Friday

April 14-19

October 6-11

Is there a cost to participate?

New Haven Restaurant Week is a co-op marketing promotion designed to raise awareness of the New Haven dining scene.

80% of the fee is applied to marketing for two installments.

20% of the fee is for a donation to benefit the Connecticut Foodshare.

2024 registration fee is $1,000.  Participant registration fees are due in full on February 21, 2024, and are non-refundable.

How can my restaurant participate?

For full-service New Haven dining establishments to participate, lunch and dinner menus must demonstrate value to consumers at the set pricing (typically a discount of at least 20% off standard pricing).

Does my restaurant have to participate in both installments?

Yes, restaurants must commit to both the spring and fall installments. This will make planning all aspects of the year more manageable. Registration closes on February 16.

What is the 2024 pricing structure?

Lunch is set at $25 per person (2 courses)

Dinner is set at either $45 or $55 per person (3 courses)

Restaurants will determine the price for which they will offer dinner.
