Connecticut Magazine’s Top New Restaurants for 2026 has been released. The list features 27 restaurants statewide selected by a panel of dining experts. Six are in New Haven, more than any other city in Connecticut.

From Japanese and Italian to Korean, Mexican, and European kitchens, here are the six.

Consistently executed Korean comfort food from the culinary team.

Chef Roland Olah’s technically ambitious European cuisine earned both a spot on the list and a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist nod for Best New Restaurant.
