One of New Haven’s most unusual historic landmarks is particularly fitting for a fall visit. Grove Street Cemetery sits alongside Yale in the heart of Downtown, behind its imposing Egyptian Revival gateway and walls that hold more than two centuries of New Haven history.
This October, explore the cemetery on one of its free guided walking tours and hear the stories of the people, architecture and history found beyond the gates.

Tours last approximately one hour and no registration is required. Meet inside the main entrance gate at 227 Grove Street.
